Welcome to the Açaí Carioca journey! Our story began with a passion for sharing the authentic taste of Açaí with the world. Here are some of the milestones that have shaped our journey so far.
OUR BEGINNING
Açaí Carioca was founded in 2020 by two friends who shared a love for Açaí and the Carioca lifestyle. They started small, selling Açaí at Atos HQ Jiu Jitsu.
FIRST CATERING
We started offering catering services for events and parties, sharing our Açaí with even more people and spreading the word about our brand.
FOOD TRUCK
In 2021, we hit the road with our very first food truck. This gave us the opportunity to bring our Açaí to even more places and reach a wider audience.
TEAM GROWTH
As our business continued to grow, so did our team. We are now a diverse and passionate group of individuals who are dedicated to sharing the Açaí Carioca experience with the world.
OUR SHOP
In 2022, we opened our very first shop, giving our customers a permanent place to come and enjoy our Açaí creations. It was a dream come true and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.
OUR KIOSK
In 2023 marks a new phase for us! We've opened a kiosk to bring the unique taste of açaí to even more people. Combining quality and convenience, our kiosk is the new gathering spot for açaí lovers in Pacific Beach.

Açaí Carioca was founded in 2019 by two Carioca friends born and raised in the city of Rio de janeiro who shares a love for Açaí and the Carioca lifestyle. (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Surf, Altinha, Sports radicas e travel). They started small, selling Açaí at Atos HQ Jiu Jitsu.
